Carten Controls announces the release of the following new UHP valve products:
• SPDS 1000 diaphragm valve
• MDH high pressure(3,000 psig) point of use valve
• HBF Forged bellows valve series
SPDS 1000 valve series
The model SPDS 1000 valve is the current addition to our SPDS diaphragm valve series and is designed to offer the end user enhanced flow characteristics, for 1” line applications at a competitive price.

The SPDS 1000 valve is available with the following inlet / outlet configurations:
MDH, High Pressure, Diaphragm Valve
To complement our low pressure, point of use, MD diaphragm valve series, Carten is introducing a high pressure version of the valve: the MDH.
The MDH valve features are as follows:
• Pressure Rating: vacuum to 3,000 psig
• Tested Cv: 0.30; 0.33 with FSM fittings
• Various end connections available, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”
• 7 Ra Avg. / 10 Ra mas. electropolished ID
• Maximum leak rate of 10 x 10-9
• Visible Position Indication of Valve
• 316 VIM/VAR Body Material
• Same footprint as Standard MD valve
• Only offered with manual actuation
